White-faced Ibis in Worcester County, Maryland (10/11/2009). Found by Hans Holbrook during the Big Sit. This was Maryland's first fall record (its first outside of April/May). First for Assateague Island. According to Marshall Iliff (fide Hafner), there was at the time just one specimen record for October on the East Coast.
